Sparkfun, a hacker-aimed US electronics supplier are giving away stuff for free tomorrow – up to $100 worth of stuff provided you don’t mind paying shipping and can face a potentially bottlenecked site as thousands of people try and do the same!

Anyway, in checking that out, I clicked through to BatchPCB , where one can commission a batch of custom PCBs to be milled via the web. Might be handy in the future. From there I happened upon a wiki for open circuits entitled, creatively, Open Circuits*, and took the liberty of adding a link to Kogawa’s designs and Niftymitter.

* Surely there is an argument that robots such as those used by Google are killing creativity, given that if one wants anyone to find a site, the more explicitly one names things, the better. Keywords in meta tags are great and all, but its a cut throat world out there!
